FREE class that focuses on connecting caregivers (current & past) with creativity practices that help to unload all the "caregiving stuff" you have or had to deal with. If you are a caregiver who has experienced loss (physical or due to Dementia/Alzheimer's, etc.) this is a supportive space to give yourself some much needed time for self-care & be able to reconnect with yourself. -1.5 Hour Class -For All Current & Past Caregivers -All Supplies Included
