Playshop Welcome & short grounding/breathing activity
Overview of the playshop
Play time where we will spend the majority of time in the creative activity
Time may be spent on reflection through journaling either at the playshop or as a take away activity
There will be opportunity to witness (see) what others have done or wish to share through discussions at the table, mini gallery tours, or partnering up with another individual
You have permission to share as much as you like. You do not even need to share at all. Playshops are a safe and supportive space to be comfortable & feel supported. Just want to listen to what others have to say - no problem! This is a space to just decompress for 1.50 hours - no expectations, no pressure - just time for yourself!
Mindfulness techniques are interwoven throughout the playshop that fosters compassion, self awareness, empathy, & non-judgemental behaviour
