This class focuses on a Neurodoodling (Neurographica, Neurographic Arts) Creativity Practice that is a blend of neuroscience and creative expression for self-discovery and growth rooted in mindfulness/meditative practices. This Creativity Practice stimulates new neural pathways by combining art and psychology to release stress, create calm and allow you to connect with your inner self. This Creativity Practice is also loaded with a great deal of fun too!
