Join our FREE ONLINE Creative Care for Caregivers Community designed to support caregivers, both current and past on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Learn Creativity Practices that you can do at home, at work or on the go to help navigate the challenges associated with caregiving responsibilities.
The Creative Care Community provides a nurturing and supportive environment where you can prioritize self-care, connect with like-minded individuals, and most importantly, take the time to reconnect with yourself!
Supplies Needed
Mixed Media Journal, regular printer paper or whatever paper you have lying around :)
Various marking tools-pens, pencil crayons, markers, crayons, pencils, highlighter (whatever you already have)
