Hello!  Welcome to The Burgundy Owl
I'm Lee & I'm so glad you're here

I can attest firsthand how my creativity practice helped me through multiple burnouts (caregiver & work), caregiving through my sister’s cancer journey, life transitions & just day to day living!

 

My creativity practice gave me a much needed page to help me process everything that I didn’t even know I was going through.  My creativity practice also gave me a space to acknowledge what I was feeling even when I didn’t want to admit it to myself

I lead Creativity Playshops that teach people how to use activities like painting, doodling, collaging, poetry (and so much more) to boost your mood, increase your self-esteem, keep your brain healthy & just feel better over all!

 

trained in Expressive Arts, Therapeutic Arts & Mindful Photography.  ​​

Research is now proving that when you incorporate a creative activity as part of your day to day, weekly, or even monthly routine ~ it can alter brain chemistry & in turn boost your overall well-being!

 

I teach Creativity Classes to adults 18+ based in creative play, mixed media techniques, altered book journaling & photography that requires minimal time, effort & supplies!

Takes places on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. 

The Creative Care Community provides a nurturing and supportive environment where you can prioritize self-care, connect with like-minded individuals, and most importantly, reconnect with yourself!
